This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about the types of information gathered by Clearingly Team  (“we” or “us”) when you use the Clearingly website (the “Site”), how we use and safeguard that information, and the degree to which you may control the collection and use of that information.

What information do we collect?
We will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us when purchasing a product from us. Most areas of the Site are accessible without registration or the need to disclose any personally identifiable information.

However, we do collect information from you when you purchase a product with the Site, subscribe to our newsletters or fill out a form. In order to purchase a product, your billing information is required but can check out as a guest or register as a member depending on the type of product you purchase.

We use this information solely to provide you with access to the Site, and or fulfill orders as well as we do not share this information with any third parties.

We do not collect any personal financial information from you unless you elect to purchase a product on the Site. All personal financial information required to complete your purchase will be securely collected within a secured SSL protected checkout area.

If you choose to purchase a product form us, then all credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.  After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.  All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
